Trick or treating is allowed from 6 – 8 PM. And BONUS! the Lakeview Bridge will be open for pedestrians (but not for cars until Nov. 8)
The Craft & Quilt Show
If you have never been, it’s a treat to see the art on display at the Senior Center. The Quilt Show is this Friday and Saturday, 9AM to 4PM and there’s lots of entertainment this year!

NOPEC Public meetings about Gas Billing
NOPEC will be having public meetings Nov 6, at 12PM to 1PM and again at 5PM to 6PM to answer any questions about why they are creating a better opt-in and out system for city wide gas aggregation. We must pass legislation so that NOPEC can implement this system in Rocky River. Please plan to attend if you have questions.
Library Survey
This is the last week to fill out the library community survey. If you haven’t already, please let them know your thoughts!
